Welcome to DEKOR VIBES!


At DEKOR VIBES, our topmost priority is to deliver the product to our valued customers at the earliest possible. We Deliver almost all over India to customers.

 

We pack your art with extra care and get it to you just as fast as we can.

 

PACKAGING

  • Wall Art, Clocks and Sculptures are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated / Thermocol inserts that lock the frame in position and shipped in corrugated boxes.

  • Mirrors are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated / Thermocol inserts that lock the frame in position and shipped in corrugated boxes

  • Wallpapers & Murals: are rolled with thick paper / PVC rolls to protect against damage during transit. There is no option to ship these items flat.


SHIPPING TIME:

  • Time taken to Dispatch a product depends upon the type of the product and Quantity. Large Quantities generally take more than usual time which are conveyed to the customers once the order is confirmed.

 

  • General shipping time for products like Paintings (Not hand made), Wall Decals, Photo frames etc. are shipped within 2-5 working days. Handmade paintings, all kind of wooden work like wall shelves, wall hangings, clocks etc. are shipped within 3-6 working days.

 

COURIER PARTNERS:

 

  • We only work with reputed courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Shiprocket etc. for domestic deliveries. For remote locations sometime Speed post is used where no other courier services are available.

 

  • In some pin codes, our shipping partners do not support COD and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact our customer WhatsApp helpline. 


DELIVERY TIME:

  • Our target is ASAP. However, depending upon the size of the product, delivery location, distance and our logistics partners and Delivery location, it varies from 2-10 days from shipping. Smaller products in most of the Metros are delivered within one day also.

 

  • Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped. We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.

 

  • We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

 

  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

 

  • Cash On Delivery option is not a trial option and payment is necessary before accepting the order. Any refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders

 

  • For customised and bulk orders, customers are requested to get in touch with us through Email - info@dekorvibes.com. The above shipping terms are not applicable in these cases and customers are informed about it upfront.

 

  • Your purchases may reach you from various locations in more than one package. But rest assured, you will be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.

 

 

In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same

 

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Shiprocket and Amazon Shipping

 

We are bound in coverage by their reach even though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your products reach you.

 

For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner

 

Look out for international shipping coming soon at DEKOR VIBES.  DEKOR VIBES currently does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

After your order is placed and processed, someone in the team will connect with you via Whatsapp or Phone/Email and communicate tracking IDs of relevant shipping vendor, best suited for your shipping address. You will be able to track these shipments online using relevant shipping vendor service on their respective websites.
